01. Who is she?
Victoria Caroline (Adams) Beckham was born on April 17th 1974, in Goffs Oaks, Hertfordshire, England. Daughter of the rich couple, Tony and Jackie Adams, Victoria is used to luxury from early age: she was driven to school in her dad's Rolls Royce! She is the only one of the Spice Girls who was rich before joining the group.
During her teen years, Victoria studied at Laine Theatre School and participated on several musical and theatrical productions and became the vocalist of a band called Persuation.
In 1994, Victoria went to the auditions for the creation of a all-girl band. This group originated the Spice Girls.

02. Victoria meets Melanie C:
Victoria tells: "I read about the audition in The Stage. When I turned up there were loads of girls there. The only other girl I remember from the first audition was Melanie C. She had a Liverpool accent and I genuinely couldn't remember ever having seen her before. She was a good natural singer, generally a lot more controlled and sounded a lot more trained than the rest of us. She told me that she'd been to Doreen Bird's the college I would have gone to if I hadn't got a place at Laine's. She was soft, and seemed like a really caring person." Melanie C tells: "Victoria walked in on the day of the first rehearsal and I recognised her from Laine's, which was a rival college to mine (Doreen Bird Performing Arts)."

03. The house in Maidenhead:
Victoria shared a room with Emma, at the Maidenhead home the Spice Girls lived in before fame. She tells: "When we were living in Maidenhead I went home most weekends because, even though I loved all the others, I do need to be on my own a lot."

04. Why Posh?
When joining the Spice Girls, Top Of The Pops magazine gave Victoria the nickname Posh. A fashion and stylists clothes lover ever since, is not difficult to understand why that nickname!

05. Melanie helping Beckham couple:
Mel, besides escorting Victoria to a Manchester game (team that David played for) being a Liverpool supporter, lent her house for the couple’s first date! After almost being expelled from a restaurant and without any ideas on where to go next on their first date, David and Victoria ended up at 11:30 pm at Melanie C’s house! Already in her pijamas, Melanie had to make coffee and watch TV with them!

06. "We are family".
Victoria’s been married since 1999, with football star David Beckham. They have 3 sons: Brooklyn (born in 1999), Romeo (born in 2002) and Cruz (born in 2005). Victoria and David are one of the most famous couples these days: together, they promote clothes lines, perfumes, sunglasses, and sign millionaire contracts with many different companies.
